We might update these terms from time to time as the platform grows. When we make major changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Wonderlaunch means you accept those updates.
To submit products or participate in the community (upvoting, commenting), you need to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Wonderlaunch. You agree to provide accurate info when signing up. You are entirely responsible for keeping your account secure and for anything that happens under your login.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account at any time. We usually only do this if you violate these rules, spam the community, or create legal liabilities for us.
You own your stuff. Any descriptions, logos, or screenshots you upload belong to you. However, by uploading them, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute that content to run and promote Wonderlaunch.
Our rights. The code, design, and native content of Wonderlaunch belong to us. We have full editorial control over the site. We can reject, edit, or remove any product submission, comment, or profile without notice if we feel it doesn't fit our standards.
You may not submit content that violates laws, infringes on someone else's copyrights, or promotes real-money gambling, adult/NSFW material, or malicious software. Impersonating established brands (like uploading a fake Google product) will result in an instant ban.
Wonderlaunch is built on fair rankings. We have a zero-tolerance policy for manipulating the system. You agree not to:
If we catch you manipulating the system, we will delist your product, reset your votes, and permanently ban your account. If your account is banned for cheating, any money you spent on promotional features is immediately forfeited.
We offer paid services like "Skip Queue" and "Relaunch." Because these are digital, time-sensitive advertising placements, our refund policy is strict:
No refunds are given once a product has launched or a promotional slot has been fulfilled. Payments are also non-refundable if your product is removed for violating our anti-cheating rules.
Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after a service has been delivered will result in an immediate, permanent ban. We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback using your account data and submission logs.
Exceptions: We will issue refunds if a severe technical failure on our end prevents your launch, or in cases of verifiable billing errors. Refund requests for technical issues must be sent to support within 7 days.
Our platform is literally designed to link out to other people's products. We don't control those external websites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy policies, or business practices. Use third-party tools at your own risk.
As-Is Service: Wonderlaunch is provided "AS IS". We don't promise it will always be bug-free, perfectly secure, or online 100% of the time. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits or data loss) that result from using our platform.
Indemnification: If someone sues us because of something you did on our platform (like uploading stolen content), you agree to defend us and cover our legal costs and damages.
General: These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a court decides one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still apply. Our failure to enforce a rule right away doesn't mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
